The business emigration program has been elaborated for the purpose of attracting to Canada successful and experienced businessmen, who are capable to organize working places for inhabitants of Canada or to invest funds in the already running enterprises and projects.
This program covers three categories - Investors, Entrepreneurs and Self-Employed (i.e. people, who organize working places for themselves).
1. The Investors category includes persons who own and manage a company for a period of at least two years or persons who manage a company (hold an administrative position), with at least 5 persons employed, for a period not shorter than two years. Also, it is possible a combination of owning and managing, a year each, under the conditions mentioned above.
Age and marital status, education and language capacity do not matter.
The main condition for the declarants in this category represents the availability of 800,000.00 Canadian dollars (CAD), legally earned, out of which 400,000.00 CAD must be invested in the economy of Canada, for a period of five years, on state security. At the end of this period, money shall be returned to the owner without any deduction or percent.
If the owner doesn't want to close his/her private funds for a five year period, it is possible to receive a financing for these 400.000 CAD. In this case, the investor will pay only the interest rate, which is about 120.000 CAD. Mediation of this transaction will represent one of the services, provided by the Company, which will receive from the bank a commission at the rate of 28.000 CAD.
2. The Entrepreneurs category includes persons:
· Who have two periods business experience, each one, amounting a one year experience of managing an appropriate business and controlling the percent of assets of an appropriate business, for a period of five years, which preceded the submission of an application for permanent resident visa.
· Who owns a legally earned minimum of 300.000 CAD.
· Who wants and have the possibility to organize business in Canada.
The Self-employed category includes persons who have an experience of minimum 2 years in such fields as agriculture, culture, sports, etc. and who own a minimum of 100.000 CAD, that were legally earned and who want to establish an own business in Canada.
