• Opening a deposit account in "NatWest Bank" – one of the biggest banks in United Kingdom – and obtaining the banking garantee for ensuring insuarance transactions in favour of the National Association of Insurers of Moldova (ARCA) in the value of 1 millon US dollars;


• Preparing all the necessary documentation and registration of the “International Black Sea Bank” in the National Bank of Republic of Moldova and obtaining all types of licenses;


• Preparing the Legal Opinion for the "Commercial Bank of Greece" on the crediting contract in the value of 10 million US dollars in the framework of the intergovernmental banking agreement;


• Obtaining the state guarantee, preparation and coordination of the crediting project of “Dresdner Bank” in the value of 19 million marks regarding a pharmaceutical plant building in Chisinau;


• Preparing a Legal Opinion regarding a loan agreement in the amount of 21.5 million US dollars to “Dresdner Bank”;


• Development and registration of a credit agreement between the consortium of the European companies and the largest Moldovan enterprise for tobacco planting and processing in the amount of 5 million US dollars.
